The aim of METU Technopolis is to offer modern infra and superstructure to companies, researchers and academicians who develop and produce technologies that will increase the competitive power of Turkey in the international arena. The Technopolis contributes to a synergy between the relevant parties with its activities.
It is projected that by the year 2020, METU Technopolis will have had 80 hectares of land, 200.000 m2 of indoor area, 500 companies with 4.000 qualified staff, 200 million USD/year R&D budget, 4 billion USD/year annual endorsement and 800 million USD/year exports.
