Turkey's First Technopolis
Knowing that universities are the institutions where the technical workpower and researchers needed by the software sector abound, HALICI Data Processing and Software has been the first private company in Turkey to invest in a technopolis. HALICI Premises, whose foundation was laid by the 9th President Süleyman Demirel on 18 June 1997, were opened by the then Prime Minister Bülent Ecevit on 8 October 2001.
HALICI provides vast opportunities for young and talented software developers who wish to work on computer-assisted learning, internet technologies, sound, vision, multimedia productions, game software, and electronic publication. Here, software developers are provided with the necessary technological infrastructure in an open office environment so that they can fully direct their energy into production.

The premises consist of offices, labs, administrative and recreation areas for HALICI Group and additional offices for rent by various software companies.
The total rental area is 3100 m2 and Halici provides the renting companies with consultancy, marketing, secretarial, security and common resource use services.
The offices for rent can be divided up into compartments ranGİng from 33 to 900 m2. It is also possible to extend the rental area, which is an important facility for growing companies.
HALICI helps establish partnerships for large-scale domestic and international projects, and brings together specialised people from different fields, thus bringing cost, time, and quality benefits.
At HALICI Education and Training Center, established together with Microsoft, national and international seminars and meetings are organized. Further, the latest developments in software companies are followed, products and manpower are promoted, and education is given to win fresh graduates.
